General Rules:

  1. InstaDeal will not be liable for the authenticity of all the followers, as our proven marketing strategy is to target real authentic users. However, results may vary (since we cannot reasonably validate every Instagram follower).
  2. InstaDeal is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to damages to customer profile, loss of followers, potential disruption in client businesses, and/or potential limited promotional activities, through the engagement of our services or products.
  3. All accounts will be delivered with within 1–5 days after receiving the payment (mostly with in 24 hours).
  4. InstaDeal is not liable for what occurs to the serviced account after purchase or termination of the paid service period.
  5. We do not attest to the materials appearing on this website as it may include inaccurate, incomplete or limited information. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove, delete or change information without notice.
  6. InstaDeal provides all services ‘as-is’ and makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, performance, or future account activity. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  7. Instagram™ logos and trademarks displayed on this application are property of Instagram.
  8. All Sold Account Information is deleted after 60 days to ensure the safety of the account to the new owners.

We reserve the right to update, amend, or add to these Terms of Services without prior notice.

Payments & Processing

All payments on InstaDeal are processed through third-party providers such as  Trustap. We do not store or directly handle your card data. By using our services, you also agree to abide by the terms and policies of these providers, which may include identity verification, transaction limits, and service fees.
Once a transaction is completed and the buyer confirms delivery or a predefined escrow period ends, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise governed by our refund terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.

 

Refund Policy:

After receiving the accounts credentials, buyers have 24 hours to review their purchased accounts and request a full refund by adhering to these rules:

1- Buyers submitting their payment via Trustap agree to Trustap’s Dispute, refund, and cancellation policy (Trustap’s Terms of Service), and any refund must be preceded by the return of the item in its original condition.

2- You are not allowed to make any significant changes to the property you’ve purchased (name changes/bio changes/deleting content/uploading harmful content/etc.) Failure to follow this rule may disqualify buyers from the ability to return the item.
