  • Delivery of login credentials usually occurs within 24 hours, and within 72 hours at most—special exceptions in force-majeure.

  • Refunds are granted only if a transfer fails due to seller negligence or misrepresentation. All refund procedures are governed by our Terms & Conditions linked below.

  • All transactions are final once the transfer completes.
